Key role with high level of responsibility 
We are a leading manufacturer of collaborative mobile robots, and as a company we are both ambitious and hardworking in everything we do. To support our growth and to fill in a newly built mid-senior level position, we are looking for an experienced and technical skilled Technical Support Manager to lead and run our Technical Support Level 2 team which consists of 7 talent full engineers. With base at our HQ in Odense you will report to our Technical Support Director and you will be part of a can-do culture with great focus on collaboration and quality.

Many opportunities to influence your job
You will be driving the technical support level 2 worldwide and work in close cooperation with our technical support managers and staff located in different areas of the world. You play a key role in the success of the customer experience and will be ensuring that the customer’s technical issues are resolved in a comprehensive and timely manner and that you make changes to ensure continuous improvements when vital.

Most important tasks:
•    Run and lead the technical support level 2 team in DK, ensuring high motivation and engagement
•    Owner of our support ticket process and system and measure development
•    Analyze support ticket data to create opportunities for customer education and promote self-service
•    Coordinate field actions projects 
•    Participating in business meetings
•    Facilitate training activities
•    Between 10-15 days of travel activity per year

It is crucial that you are self-motivated, take the lead and know how to provide the highest level of support to our customers and make sure they are serviced at a professional level. 

To be successful in this role, you have a professional foundation:
You have proven experience working as a successful leader within the field of technical support in industrial automation. You have an engineering degree and have experience with PLC control, programming, and understand "computer/networking" especially WIFI knowledge would be valuable. You have a good understanding of Linux and firmware or software. It is critical that you both speak and write English and Danish.
