Student Project Coordinator

As our new Student Project Coordinator you will chip in to the Regulatory Affairs and Project Management teams within Hempel A/S. Your main responsibility will be to support the these teams in close corporation with the local supervisors

Contribute to strengthen our Team

As our new Student Project Coordinator you will be an important part of the team, supplying to the daily operations. You main tasks will be to:

• Support the teams in the daily maintenance of our compliance & management systems
• Assist colleagues in reviewing global product evaluations
• Review documentation relating to both business processes and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with other relevant departments including the Research & Development, Sustainability, Procurement teams assisting the core team to review formulations for new or existing products
• Support the core teams to develop the required documentation

You will be joining a dedicated team mainly based in Denmark. This position will be within the Group function Q&HSE.

We are looking for a structured Student Project Coordinator

As our ideal candidate you have experience working in an international environment with teams and partners in multiple locations and time zones. You are well structured and organized as well as a teammate since the tasks of this role will be cross functional. It will require the ability to organize and lead work group meetings, both face-to-face as well as online. You have a can-do-attitude and the ability to instill confidence in the business. Outstanding leadership skills with and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
