Student Assistant, Designated Complaint Unit Team

About the role
To deliver on our purpose on making wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, we are strengthening our capabilities with an additional passionate and purpose-driven team player in our quality team. You will be located in our CO2 neutral headquarters north of Copenhagen (Lynge) with dynamic and progressive colleagues, who are highly skilled and empathic. The expected workload is roughly 15 hrs/week with flexibility around your exams. As our new student assistant, you will be supporting the quality team by handling complaints from the market and help processing returned devices and make sure they are forwarded to the correct department. You will be working with a lot of stakeholders across different departments in the organisation. Amongst that, you will also have the following responsibility:
Complaint handling (Complaint Management Tool):
- Processing complaints
- Closure of complaints
- Device return follow up
- Correct information
- Reassign
Returned devices:
- Receive from affiliates
- Ship to other analysis site
- Forwarding for investigation (onsite/abroad)
Other:
- Organize device returns
- Achieving and scraping of investigated devices
About you
We imagine that you are currently studying at an academy or university and is now ready to put your learnings into action. Amongst that, we also imagine that:
- You are a good team-player
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a flair for soft software
- You have an independent and analytical work approach
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
