As we're growing faster than a Chia Pet on steroids, our Accounting Manager is searching for a student assistant to join the accounting squad and help with all sorts of accounting-related shenanigans as well as certain sales support assignments.


  • Assist in our Accounting and Finance department with specific tasks, such as managing accounts receivables, invoicing, follow-up (e.g. account statements and dunning letters).
  • General and specific follow-up with customers and sales team.
  • Assist our Customer Success team with specific sales support tasks related to the Danish customer base, such as handling sales orders.
  • Answer all kinds of stupid questions from the CEO.
  • Ad-hoc assistance across the 2 departments
  • Depending on your eagerness, further tasks will be assigned to you.


  • You're pursuing a degree in business, finance and/or accounting.
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular excel. If you have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or other ERP system), it will help us all.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Danish is fine (we will definitely consider non-Danish speaking students), but English is a must!

  • Attention to detail is really important – you will be working in the treasury, for God sake!
  • Flair for and interest in “numbers” is kind of a given – we are talking finance and sales!
  • Strong communication skills – we are not mind-readers.
  • Ability to multitask – because you like the challenge and excel when kept busy.
  • Flexible – you will be performing tasks both in accounting and sales, hence flexibility is needed.
  • Able to work in a busy environment – because you can get shit done.
