Certifer
Certifer have grown quickly in the last couple of years and are now expanding its presence in the nordic countries with local experts and project managers. Therefore we are now seeking more railway professionals to join our team in Denmark. About us and our activities
Do you want to become part of a local team and a much bigger global organisation, where your skills and competencies are in focus, then this possibility might be for you. We are experts in rolling stock, infrastructure, energy, signalling and much more. We inspect and certify safety and compliance with regulations and requirements, such as the CSM-RA regulation, RAMS and the Technical specifications for Interoperability (TSI), to mention some. Our reports and certificates are used to get authority approvals from the safety authorities, such as Trafikstyrelsen in Denmark or ERA, European Railway Agency.

The open positions
We are looking for profiles as safety assessors and senior safety assessors.
We are looking for both experienced and less experienced profiles.
We are also looking for a project manager.
If you have experience within these fields:

  • Rolling stock: vehicles, tramway, metro, yellow fleet/OTM, locomotives wagons/coaches
  • Energy: catenary, third rail, supply stations, high voltage
  • Infrastructure: Tracks, slab track and ballasted, constructions, geotechnics, drainage
  • Signalling: ETCS, CBTC, Cybersecurity or legacy signalling systems
  • Railway, metro, tramway

Safety Assessor
As a Safety Assessor, you will start with discipline assessment and take part in several projects. You could be in a position today as technical expert, design engineer or discipline engineer with no or limited assessment experience and you are thinking about taking your next step into a new interesting way of utilising your skills. With Certifer you will work with discipline assessment within 1 or more areas, likely you will work with both CSM RA assessment and TSI verification activities and through your development we offer structured career development tailored your skills and ambitions. As a part of a team in Denmark, rapidly growing and part of a much larger international group, we can offer plenty of opportunities.

Senior Safety Assessor
If you have experience with safety, inspections, verifications/validations, quality assurance and you would like to play an important role in our new team, you could become our next Senior Safety Assessor. As a Senior Safety Assessor you already possess experience from the field – you will work with discipline assessment, lead roles and technical project management. Depending on your skill level you may also take on higher level positions in the Nordics organisation. You will be a main point of contact for our clients, lead technical meetings with clients and our assessor team and take part in important meetings with safety authorities. Besides working with CSM RA assessment and TSI verifications, you will also work with efficient dialogue and support the project actively in reaching the milestones in time. Of course, always without sacrificing the high quality in our work. You work closely with the Project manager to ensure deliveries and progress.

Position as a Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will work with clients to ensure deliveries, plans and communication. You are the main responsible- and main point of contact - from and to the client. Through active follow up, you are responsible for plans, agreements, you ensure milestones and you effectively manage project risks and changes, internally and with your clients. You are a resilient and outgoing person, who effortlessly navigate between the projects and maintain overview and a selective approach to each project to ensure the success of your projects. You keep your client updated and facilitate an open, professional dialogue. You possess global systems skills, and understands railway/metro/tramway subsystems, legislations and quality management. You work closely with the technical lead to ensure the professional content and quality criterias are met. Project Management in Certifer is a field of great importance and we offer both local and international career development with the Nordics and Certifer Group.

You could be based anywhere in Denmark, as long as you are willing to travel for client and office
