Calling all amazing students who already had the chance to gain some experience with projects, and are now dreaming of a career in development and project work!
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help us stay on top of the game in project execution – from an idea in R&D to the finished product? Then this role is a perfect fit for you!

In order to lead the decarbonization of the maritime industry, we in Two-Stroke R&D and Engineering have a pleasure to manage large and complex project portfolios. Therefore, we are now looking for a student worker who can help us maintain the important information we need for making informed decisions about our projects.

What are you going to do?
Initially, your task will be to help us update the project data and ensure quality and uniformity. You will also assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of project systems. Furthermore, you will support follow-up on the implementation and effect of internal innovation processes, as well as handle ad hoc project related tasks, e.g. data collection, rewriting, visualization of processes, etc.

Who are you?
We imagine that you are:

  • proactive and curious with a structured and quality-oriented approach to your tasks and ability to work independently
  • good at planning and streamlining your work, with a decent commercial understanding
  • a 'people person' who communicates well in English, both in writing and engaging with different people
  • comfortable with working in MS Excel and PowerPoint, preferably with a flair for graphic
  • at least 1 year away from graduation
  • willing and able to join us as soon as possible!

You are expected to work 15-20 hours a week at our office at Teglholmsgade 41 in Copenhagen with some possibility of remote work.

Welcome to Projects Two-Stroke at R&D and Engineering
The team is a quartet of project and change managers and we are gearing up for expansions in the coming year. We are collaborating mostly with around 600 colleagues in R&D and Engineering and we base our relations on transparency, accountability and trust. The projects that we work with are diverse, resulting in a broad range of interaction surfaces.
