In order to make the shift to a renewable energy system, great technologies within the Power-to-X sector - such as alkaline electrolysis - is needed. We need YOUR help to further developing the components that will boost the efficiency of our technology even higher.
So, are you specialized in materials science with focus on polymers? Do you want to be a part of an innovative and dynamic company? Are you able to work goal-oriented and to work independently on you own projects? If yes, the role as our new R&D engineer might be the perfect match for you.
- Testing and evaluation of existing and new gas separator materials
- Development of new gas separator materials
- Collaboration with stakeholders both in academia and industry on development projects
- Collaboration internally with other stakeholders within GHS on how to go from laboratory to full scale testing and incorporation of new gas separator material.
Ideally you have an educational background as MSc. within Materials Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar - possibly combined with a relevant PhD degree. You do not necessarily have a long work experience, as we also welcome applications from bright and motivated minds with less experience. Our new colleague,

Moreover, you may have knowledge of following characterization methods
- SEC (Size exclusion chromatography)
- TGA (Thermogravimetric analysis)
- DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)
- IR, NMR and X-ray spectroscopy
You could also have experience with porometry and different kind syntheses.
A full-time position at Green Hydrogen Systems’ location in Lyngby at DTU. Becoming a part of our materials department with 10 colleagues.
