IT Student Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll help with technical application support on our trading floor. You’ll be maintaining daily operations on various trading systems, and support management in planning and coordinating agile ceremonies.

Welcome to Trading, Integration and Custom Applications
You’ll be part of Trading and Logistics, and, together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the trading platforms and applications. Our team brings the rest of the business and IT closer together, and we create value for our colleagues, primarily in Market Trading.

You’ll play an important role in:

• assisting in technical support with existing applications and systems
• handling hardware, network, software, and general user support
• performing other practical tasks when necessary.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are enrolled in a study programme within the field of IT
• have at least two years left of your education before graduating
• have strong technical qualities
• are service minded.
