We are looking for an innovative, engaged and inspiring colleague to join our Production Technology & Engineering Department. You will be part of our GROW with Us programme, where you will have a unique opportunity to make a difference and advance fast in your career. We are looking for someone with the skills and interest in working with developing innovation processes within production technology and who can reinforce an innovation mindset in our part of the organisation to enable the VELUX Group to keep our competitive edge as innovative daylight engineers.
Your opportunities
As the Leader in Innovation within the domain of Production Technologies, you will be a part of a team of about 90 colleagues working on developing production processes and technologies. Your role will consist in developing and implementing all of the possible processes, methodologies, organisation, that can further develop our ability to innovate in the domain of Production Technologies and Processes.

Who are you?
People often describe you as hardworking, analytical and they say that you have a hands-on approach to business and are not afraid to take on new tasks or operate in new areas under changing conditions. You are comfortable dealing with complex assignments with a relatively high degree of ambiguity and are intrigued by a possible leadership position in the future.
Furthermore:
- You have a Master’s degree or a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and a track record of being a high performer.
- You are mobile, fluent in English and you are considering an international and multi-cultural work environment to be a great advantage and something you value.
