The Position

By joining the Commercial Affairs & strategy team you will get a unique opportunity to dive into novel ways of doing digital and traditional marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry. By supporting the team members in their daily work, you will gain a broad insight into the business and key processes. We hope that you yourself have a profound desire for improving the lives of people living with diabetes & obesity. We hope that you have a passion for digital marketing and marketing automation, a love for analytics, and a personal drive to set up customer journeys with valuable information for our customers in collaboration with the team. You will be an integral part of our team, and tasks will be diverse and varied.
Among other things you will contribute with:
• Creating valuable digital patient materials and promotional information for our customers, collecting market data, analysing it, and presenting it.
• Help with Sales and Marketing campaigns.
• Tracking of digital advertisement and establishing learning loops.
• Support meetings and events.
• Administrative support to marketing leads.
The position will be approximately 10-20 hours per week during normal working hours – obviously with the flexibility to fit your studies/exams.
Qualifications
We are looking for a university or business school student in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or similar field of study. A special interest in the pharmaceutical industry and in multi-channel engagement/digital communication will be an advantage.
We expect that you are a team player, driven, smart, and a quick learner who pays attention to details and possesses strong communication skills. Excellent language skills in English and Danish are required.

We hope that you are at least halfway through your education and can join and support our team for at least 18 months.
About the Department
Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate is based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen, where you will be part of our Commercial affairs & strategy department and join a team of very dedicated and passionate colleagues. The department’s main responsibility is to create and execute the obesity & diabetes strategy and deliver it via all relevant customer channels. At Novo Nordisk, we are on a new and exciting journey with innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross-functionally, we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.
