How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join us in the Engineering Design & Project Portfolio, which is a subteam of the Engineering & Technology department within the Supply Chain. You will enjoy an informal and international environment in our Viby office. Becoming part of the Engineering Design & Project Portfolio team, you will support the Portfolio Lead and Project Managers in various key responsibilities. We trust you to work proactively and practically to meet the team’s deadlines and execute projects to the highest level of quality. Your task could be:

  • Support good housekeeping within the investment portfolio.
  • Provide support on the development of tools and templates used when undertaking investment projects across the Supply Chain Network.
  • Data collection and data analyses across Arla stakeholders.
  • Support the project scope development and provide technical support across multiple CAPEX projects.
  • Provide support on developing structure for Ways of working as well as with Stakeholders within Arla Foods.
  • Create status reports on tasks within the team.

 You will be working at the Head Office in Viby 1-2 times a week (10-15 hours on average), with consideration about your exam periods.

We welcome students of all nationalities - as long as you have a “can-do” attitude and are eager to learn. We are looking for a Student Assistant who is ambitious, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenges. Overall, we expect you to:

  • Be enrolled in a master’s degree programme or a bachelor’s degree programme within the fields of Supply Chain, Engineering- or Food Production-oriented disciplines with at least two years left.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and facilitation skills enabling you to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders.
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English.
