About the job

You will play a supportive role in the digital transformation team, contributing to various business projects that are aligned with our digital agenda.
Your tasks could be:

• Assisting in the development of structured frameworks and processes to ensure effective decision-making, coordination, and alignment across digital initiatives, enabling smooth execution and progress tracking.
• Support in bridging the gap between IT and business teams by facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Developing and delivering presentation materials to effectively communicate the strategic objectives and benefits of digital initiatives to stakeholders, including executive management and senior stakeholders, fostering understanding and support for the transformation journey.
• Conducting business case analysis to evaluate and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
• Support in organizing and facilitating workshops to drive innovation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support in organizing internal team meetings and external events.

Who are you?

We welcome students of all nationalities and educational backgrounds to apply – as long as you have a “can-do” attitude and are eager to learn. We are looking for a Student Assistant who is ambitious and enjoy challenges. Furthermore, we assume that you:

• Have a solid understanding of business principles and concepts.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Are fluent in spoken and written English.
• Can work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies. Please note, that it is a requirement to be enrolled in a study programme in Denmark.
