Do you believe in a world without fossil fuels? We do! And with our patented invention, the world can be free of fossil fuels in the shipping industry in 2050. We are growing – and growing fast. We have many ongoing projects, and projects that will kick off soon. To make sure that we will be successful with all of them, we are looking for a Lead Process engineer. Are you the one, that we are looking for?

How you will contribute to the world without fossil fuels
You will be working closely with our technical experts on state-of the art process design, process control, and start-up activities for the demonstration plant and upscaling.
In your role as the Lead Process Engineer, you will lead the engineering design of technology elements for the demonstration plant and further upscaling as well as the process simulation, engineering design of process equipment, flowsheets, control philosophy, PIDs, and manuals.

You will collaborate with vendors, EPC contractors and of course our R&D function to support the process design. You will be part of a team of around 10 dedicated and passionate employees where not only the work that we do is important, but also the socialising is important. We care for each other, we support each other, and we do all we can to help each other when needed.

What we are looking for
We have several milestones to reach before our contribution to a world without fossil fuels in both the shipping and aviation industry is manageable. To reach those milestones we need a person who is an excellent process engineer with the experience to lead with skills such as:

  • Is proficient in process simulation tools. Aspen plus user would be an advantage.
  • Expertise with process design as well as plant operations,
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in developing new process design and lay-outs,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as this is our corporate language,
  • Enjoys working in an international environment, and
  • Having the flexibility and desire for travelling for site work (mostly within Denmark), inspection and design meetings.

To get to a world without fossil fuels in 2050, we have many projects mapped out, and it is important that you are structured and strong in your stakeholder management with a degree in Chemical Engineering and proven experience with leading process design, preferred within liquefaction technologies.

What you get
Working with Kvasir Technologies you will be part of a smaller international team. You will be part of a rapidly growing company at the core of the green transition. The entrepreneurial environment will sometimes require you to do tasks and support your colleagues with things that you might not have in your job description. We are a team, and the team’s success is your success – and vice versa.
Joining Kvasir Technologies you will have a proper onboarding where your colleagues will do all in their power to support you in getting into your role and the socialising as quickly as possible.
We are a modern company providing flexible hours, remote working, and lots of social events.
