Yuman started at DTU in 2021, when Sara and Andrei, decided to focus on robotics in their entrepreneurial Master Thesis. After a thorough investigation of different industries and their need for automation, they realized that there is a huge potential and need for robots in the healthcare sector.

The two founders come from a technical background, so initially, they were very focused on the technology. However, they knew that the success of healthcare robots lied in the right combination of software and design. They met Tilia who joined the team and added a new visual perspective.
