You will join our Transformation Office
As our new Transformation Student Assistant, you will be part of our Transformation Office team, which drives and supports major transformation initiatives across Ramboll’s support functions, optimizing how we operate and deliver services to the organization. The team consists of experts within Service & Process Excellence, Change Management & Communications and Transformation Partnering. The team is characterized by speed and agility, a desire to learn and willingness to challenge status quo combined with a genuine curiosity for how we can improve through tangible and accelerated results. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Transformation Office through a broad range of tasks such as
  • Preparation of presentations and communications material for senior stakeholders
  • Support in developing project plans
  • Business case development, analyses and reporting
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings, workshops etc.
  • General project support
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that fit your profile and professional goals

  • Relevant academic background: studying towards a Master-level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field of study with a strong track-record
  • Strong analytical skills and flair for numbers
  • Effective communication skills and great at creating engaging presentations
  • Experienced MS Office user, particularly strong in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of BI dashboards is an advantage
  • Relevant project or case experience is an advantage
  • International experience through studies or work is an advantage
  • Experience from large organizations is an advantage
  • Fluency in English – written and verbal (Danish is not required

A Student Assistant is expected to work 15-20 hours a week, however we do offer flexibility with regards to academic commitments. Student positions are compensated in accordance with the academic level and the rules around the “SU” law. As a Student Assistant within Transformation in Ramboll, you will be well-position for a future career in Corporate Transformations, Management Consulting, Project Management and related areas.
