The role and the department

This role is integral to the Business Center of Excellence at Genmab, providing essential support to our Finance organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

The individual will undertake a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

1. Master Data Management: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of key financial data through the creation and ongoing update of Business Partners, Accounting elements such as accounts, and cost objects.

2. Analysis & Reporting: Conducting comprehensive analyses and generating reports to support governance structures and the fulfilment of internal control requirements.

3. Process & Data Utilization Improvement: Collaborating across Finance, IT, and Business domains to enhance processes and optimize the use of data.

4. Implementation & Change Management: Leading the adoption and efficient integration of new features and reports, in partnership with Business stakeholders, to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Finishing Bachelor and starting a relevant Master’s degree
  • Experienced with data analytics (e.g. Excel, Power BI) 
  • Quick learner of applications and IT systems
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic and goal oriented
  • A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, Line of Business) 
  • Strong communication skills - both oral and written (English required)
  • Experience from a similar role and/or in SAP is an advantage
