You will join our Group Digital & Innovation Department
As our new Group Digital & Innovation Student Assistant you will be part of an international team. Group Digital & Innovation is an internal department that examines the potential of new technologies; develops software solutions, ideas and concepts; and help drives with innovation, implementation and change management in the organisation.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting project managers in their daily work
  • Supporting team communication
  • Working with Ramboll Group internal data, systems and tools
  • Researching market trends, collecting and analysing data
  • Preparing data and presenting your findings
  • Creating convincing and professional presentations
  • Actively participating in facilitation of workshops and supporting preparation and follow up
  • Scoping and organising your own work

The role is based in our head office in Copenhagen, Denmark and the start date for the position is 15th August 2021. You must possess a valid visa or work permit in order to be considered for this position.

  • After receiving initial training, you will work in a project environment as part of a small dedicated team solving some of the most important and exciting strategic, organisational and operational challenges the Ramboll Group is facing.

Your profile

  • Studying towards a Master-level degree.
  • Relevant academic background or experience in: Innovation and design methods, Digitalisation, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Organisational Change or a related field of study.
  • Data & Analytics skills (knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage)
  • International experience through studies or work is an advantage
  • Fluency in English – written and verbal (Danish is not required)

We offer you
You will get the opportunity to experience the day-to-day work of an internal consultant at first hand. You will be solving a broad variety of tasks working on challenging projects while getting to know the basics of consulting and how to apply these. You will also get the opportunity to learn specialist and industry knowledge from our consultants.

A Student Assistant is expected to work 15-20 hours a week, however we do offer flexibility with regards to academic commitments. Student positions are compensated in accordance with the academic level and the rules around the “SU” law.
