Assistant for the Signal Processing Department
Are you a student who would enjoy working in a medical device company supporting the Signal Processing department? Become part of our R&D team at WSAudiology! We are currently seeking a motivated and capable student assistant with a background in business administration to join our signal processing department.
As a student assistant in Signal Processing Lynge Department, you will have the opportunity to support our project management team in various tasks aimed at facilitating the efficient delivery of hearing aids.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting agile and product management initiatives.
- Improving the department website in SharePoint.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and developing/maintaining internal process documentation.
- Supporting the organization of both virtual and physical workshops.
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business administration, strategy, project management, IT, or a related field, with at least 1 year left in your studies.
- Experience working with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Skilled at collaborating with others and equally adept at handling assignments individually.
- Great personal drive, effective time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Effective communication skills.

You can expect a workload of around 10-20 hours per week with flexibility around exams and vacations. The position is in Lynge, close to Farum and Allerød, and this will be your primary working location. However, we are also open to working from home when suitable for the tasks at hand.
