If you have a knack for Finance & IT, and you work independently and methodically, you might be the employee we are looking for as a student assistant for the administration at Danish Standards. 

About the job

We are looking for a student assistant to assist the administrative departments with various tasks. Typical tasks will include bookkeeping, compliance checks, IT-support on our committee portal, minor HR tasks etc. There will be a fair amount of routine work. The working language is Danish.

We are looking for someone who can work 10-15 hours per week. We will adapt the job to your school work and exams.

The position reports to the CFO.

About you

We are looking for an employee who are structured, independent and has a personal drive to make a difference. 

You are pursuing a higher education and you have progressed far enough in your studies to find time for a regular student job. Additionally, you 

  • have acquired good qualifications in finance and IT
  • are diligent, analytical and strong with numbers 
  • can speak and write in Danish
  • work methodically and consistently with an eye for details
  • are pleasant to work with and by nature happy and optimistic
  • thrive with administrative work and can easily adapt to new systems and procedures
  • organize your work in a practical and clever way
  • are responsible and committed to the task at hand
  • understand organizational processes and look for connections across departments
  • are proactive, drive progress, and ensure that tasks are completed
  • work independently but are not afraid to seek clarification from colleagues
  • are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and give others a hand.
