Qualification & Validation Lead for large CAPEX project

ALBA Project group, located in Søborg, is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated CQV (Commissioning, Qualification and Validation) lead to join our growing team. We are immersed in exciting large CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical production and process optimization, and we aim to expand our team with a professional who is passionate about delivering high quality in all aspects of CQV.
The position:
As our new CQV lead you will play a crucial role in oversee and execute all aspects of the CQV process primarily within establishment of new pharmaceutical and biotech facilities as well as supporting revamp projects in ongoing production facilities. You will have a key role in ensuring a lean and smooth execution and at the same time safeguard that all requirements are fulfilled and documented.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct commissioning, qualification, and validation of production equipment and facilities.
- Ensure that CQV activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize processes and ensure high quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Commisioning, Qualification and Validation processes within pharmaceutical production.
- Experience in testing and documentation of processes and systems
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and GEP.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
