At MAN Energy Solutions’ Retrofit Department, we’re on the lookout for an ambitious Student Assistant to support our Order Handling and take on vital administrative tasks. Dive into a role with a productive outcome, substantial responsibility and a chance to work with colleagues from different backgrounds.

As our Student Assistant, you will:

• Support our Order Handling Team with daily tasks
• Handle specified tasks in SAP
• Assist in executing priority tasks and ad hoc assignments
• Generate bi-weekly project status reports

We imagine that you:

• You are a team player, independent, and a motivated learner
• Have eyes on detail with good time management
• Knowledge in SAP and SharePoint is of high advantage but not a requirement
• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office package especially Excel on a proficient level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, verbal as well as written
