IoT & Electronics design Intern
StepUp Solutions is building wearables based on breathing, a vital parameter that has been much forgotten but contains so much information.
For sportspeople, we can significantly improve training efficiency while minimizing the risk of injury. For healthcare, we help patients with COPD manage their disease better and prevent hospitalizations. For horse owners, we enable riders to understand their horse better to prevent injuries and deaths. We're a team of 10 international people covering a wide range of competencies.
Experienced or passionate about technology and IoT?
We are looking for a full or part time intern to join our team. You will have many responsibilities and work directly with improving several aspects of our products. As an electronic design intern, you will be responsible for prototyping, designing, manufacturing and testing RFID, cellular and analog circuits. It's an opportunity to design PCBs for IoT purposes, from selecting components to programming a test program to check the behavior of the circuit, while being supported by knowledgeable engineers.
Tasks examples for the first months:
- Prototyping of a new current source.
- Tuning of antennas for cellular.
- Prototyping of an animal chip reader.
Experience with/knowledge within is a great plus:
- NB-IoT and LTE-M.
