Internship for our continuous improvement, Terma Grenaa
At Terma Aerostructures, Grenaa, we produce unique aerostructure parts for aircrafts such as airplanes, helicopters and F-16 and F-35 fighters. One of our customers are Lockheed Martin, and we supply one of the largest industrial project in the world, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, with mission-critical solutions.
Process optimization, Digital transformation & Lean toolbox
We are searching for an Intern who can support our Lean and digitalization journey.
We are building the foundation for our Digital transformation. We are going to optimize processes in advanced machinery. We work through systematic process mapping and following support for improvements. We are going to implement systems to collect measurement data from our machines and our operators. All data shall be captured and stored as a foundation for enabling Root Cause Analysis, predictive maintenance and predictive manufacturing.
We are increasing our Lean effort - especially 5S and Kaizen events that require analysis, preparation, execution and follow-up in order to capture process improvements. You will be able to develop your Lean toolbox together with highly skilled colleagues.
Dependent on your educational background and preferences your tasks will be chosen between the above described Lean and digitalization initiatives.
We are looking for a creative person that can be able to understand a process, think critically and devise solutions. You can have an educational background with the economy and process improvements, Automation Engineering, Product Development and Integrative Technology, IT and production integration.
