Are you ready to utilize your experience to shape electrical concepts for new designs and retrofit solutions? Are you experienced in electrical design and documentation? Then this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team at Green Hydrogen Systems.  

Primary responsibilities
In the position as Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the team in our Research & Development (R&D) department. You will support on projects aiming to enhance the efficiency and reducing costs for our new generations of electrolysers, along with implementing electrical retrofit solutions for our existing fleet.

Your main tasks and deliveries include:

  • Electrical Cabinet Design in PC Schematic and creating comprehensive production documentation.
  • Engage in quality assurance activities such as WCA, FMEA, and Hazops to ensure robust and reliable electrical solutions.
  • Conduct technical negotiations with sub-suppliers and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Prepare final electrical documentation and update Bill of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy.

Success in this role relies on your ability to deliver solutions aligned with the roadmap and utilizing your expertise and collaborative mindset will to drive the continuous improvement of electrical solutions in our innovative projects.

Who are you? 
The ideal candidate has an educational background as an Electrical Engineer or equivalent. You have solid experience with electrical hardware design, specification of electrical equipment and cabinet layouts. This combined with a comprehensive understanding of directives of international standards and power distribution systems is essential. 

On a personal level, you are a team player, always open to ideas, and genuinely care about making the workplace a better place. Your ability to handle change, navigate with shifting priorities and tasks are crucial to thrive in this role.
