The Team, Your Role, and Your Responsibilities
As an Automation Specialist, you will join our Engineering & PM Support department, which consists of 5 employees. Your future colleagues are all highly competent and driven by a fundamental desire to make things happen. Together, we strive to improve each other’s skills, use our differences constructively, and develop. However, we need your expertise to reach our goals and become even better.

Your primary responsibility will be the development and design of automation solutions for our production. You will be a part of the automation team and go-to person when it comes to automation, and you excel at involving our process operators and other colleagues when needs and opportunities need to be uncovered. You are accustomed to driving changes and understand that involvement under clear frameworks is the key to success.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an Automation Specialist with a strong background in Automation Engineering, preferably from a larger production company. You are an experienced user with PLC-, HMI- and servo programming, automation with robots, and automation communication etc. You have a keen interest in production IT/OT and digital manufacturing, e.g., recipe control systems, data collection, database configuration etc. You are familiar with LEAN and SIX-sigma principles and have a project-oriented form of work. Your educational background is on a B.Sc. or M.Sc. level. Fluent Danish and English is a requirement.
