You will join our Automation and Communication engineering department
As our new Automation and OT/Cyber security trainee you will be part of our team of experts. The department is a highly experienced and successful key player within the energy industry around the world, covering all aspects of the client’s value chain in offshore energy, power generation, energy transition such as PtX. We are 29 dedicated colleagues who work with design of automation and communication solutions. We cover all aspects of a project including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-on engineering. Furthermore, we also support our clients with specialist knowledge in the operation and maintenance of an asset. As part of the trainee period, you will work close together with your supervisor.
The period for the position will depend on your education requirement e.g. 20 weeks in autumn. Ramboll is flexible in relation to start date to match the candidate education requirement.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Act as engineer on multidiscipline projects along with project team
- Perform specification and design of instruments, control/automation and safety systems
- Cyber/OT security
- Regulation/control theory
- Programming of modern control systems
- Reliability engineering

- Bachelor’s- or Master’s student degree or similar (ongoing) in either Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must and Danish language knowledge is an advantage
