Manage sustainable projects from A-Z 
You will be responsible for structuring projects, handling all aspects of the process from initial ideas to turnkey projects. You have a high degree of freedom to plan your day – the projects will be within the area of recycling where you will be helping large international clients – and the first ones are already waiting for you. 
The office in Birkerød will be your base of operation, but with customers across Denmark as well as in the rest of Europe, you should expect some travel activity. 
More specifically, you can look forward to: 

• Handling the development of major commercial technical projects 
• Building solid relationships with your customers, both the suppliers and the receivers of the resources that will be given a second life 
• Handling scope, budget, timeline, and risk management Coordinating with your logistics and sales colleagues in optimizing the value created by each project both for the clients and Combineering 
• Reporting and following up on projects and ensuring high quality in an international setting 
• Handling the project triangle in different phases, addressing quality, time management and resources 
• Coordinate with various stakeholders 

Technical Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience 
We need a strong technical project manager, who can manage client expectations, financial performance of projects, coordinate and liaise with logistics and sales colleagues and preferably have a view to improving the value created by the projects, as well as having a keen eye on the development in legislation, market conditions and evolving opportunities for cross-sales and development of our services over time. You know how to set realistic goals and share our understanding that all good project management starts with solid working relationships and partnerships. Also, you are a team player who can collaborate cross-functionally as well as make decisions independently.  It is also important that you know how to navigate a growth environment where things often move quickly. 
We further imagine that you: 

• Have a Science education, preferably at master's level
• Have a Commercial mindset: Focus on delivering projects on or over budget, customer satisfaction, proactive project management and optimization of project finances, logistical solutions, etc. Know how to manage stakeholders in an international setting 
• Have special interest and educational/work experience with minds 1 and preferably 2 of the following subject areas:
  • Chemistry: Inorganic/organic chemical processes / possibly materials physics
  • Biological processes: biogas production, biological processes, special feed for animals, fertilizer products and plant nutrient requirements
• Master Danish and English at the negotiation level 
• Knowledge in environmental legislation in general and specifically waste and biproduct regulations  

Experienced Senior Project Manager with 10-15+ years of experience
In addition to the Technical Project Manager, we also need a Senior Project Manager with the same skills and profile, but with 10 to 15+ years of experience preferably from the chemical industry.
