You will join an experienced international and passionate team, dedicated to the green transition through developing impactful lasting products and services to propel the advance of renewable energy. On top of the physical energy storage products and battery packs, the XOLTA offering consists of a cloud-based platform for energy optimization, reseller support functions and end-user interface to the products. 

About the role. 
As a Technical Project/Account Manager at Xolta, you will have end-to-end responsibility for technical project planning, implementation, and commissioning. You will cultivate strong relationships with a designated portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive optimal technical guidance and support necessary for the successful implementation of their energy storage strategies.

Our projects vary in form but typically encompass diverse engineering disciplines such as battery technology, electrical, electronics, mechanical, and full-stack software. 

General responsibilities for you to drive and own. 

  • Collaborate with Sales teams, providing technical expertise and tailoring solutions during the sales process. 

  • Develop, oversee, and execute technical projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and objectives. 

  • Manage technical escalations from key customers post-commissioning, collaborating with internal teams for swift issue resolution. 

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their success criteria and facilitating effective communication with internal teams. 

  • Gather and relay customer feedback for product enhancement and development. 

  • Provide strategic technical guidance to customers, optimizing customer usage of our products and services. 

  • Advocate for key customers within the Xolta organization, championing customer-centric initiatives. 

  • Identify upselling opportunities, collaborating with Sales teams for successful strategies. 

  • Ensure customer success, develop success plans, and assist in contract renewals while staying updated on industry trends. 

Experience/Qualifications for the ideal candidate. 

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience successfully managing/implementing technical projects related to energy industry or related sector. 

  • Knowledge of battery technologies, specifically in the context of grid support and energy storage, is considered an advantage. 

  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written – another language such as German is considered an advantage.  

  • Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. 

  • Strong team player with exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and documentation skills. 

  • Good analytical skills and the ability to apply logical thinking to resolve faults and issues with appropriate corrections and measures. 

  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
