Product Compliance Test Specialist

The position
We are looking for a Product Compliance Test Specialist to support our team and conduct product compliance tests on Hottinger Brüel & Kjær’s products to ensure compliance with relevant Quality and Regulatory requirements.
As our new Product Compliance Test Specialist you play a vital role in our ambition to deliver products of excellent quality. You will be a part of our QA Laboratory and work closely together with our R&D division, product managers and colleagues worldwide.
Hottinger Brüel & Kjærs QA Laboratory holds high-end equipment for EMC, RF and magnetic field measurements as well as HALT equipment and equipment for mechanical and climatic testing.

Primary responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical-, climatic- and HALT tests on new or changed products

• Conduct EMC- and Electrical Safety tests on new or changed products

• Maintain and develop test-stations and processes in the lab

• Work closely with R&D engineers to solve product compliance issues 

• Write test reports and conclude on the test results

• Take part in and contribute to internal and external competence groups (ERFA) in order to build and share specialist knowledge about product qualification and compliance

Professional qualifications

• Your academic background and training is preferably within electronic engineering or similar and you have solid experience with product testing and qualification.

• min 2+ years of experience, preferably in project groups, with know how to navigate and communicate in a multi-stakeholder environment.

• Experience with machine and IT integration / Light programming skills / Machine control software will be an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English. Danish fluency is a nice to have (if not fluent, basic-intermediate Danish preferred).
