The position
In this position you will have a role with a high degree of variation, but always focusing on continuous optimisation of the uptime of our production lines, optimisations to improve compliance, contribute for new technology development, as well as ensuring work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). You will succeed with this by leveraging data from our production and using LEAN methodologies and approached such as A3 tool, Poke-Yoke solutions and KATA Methodology, while working closely with your colleagues in the production, in other support teams, and in Quality Assurance (QA).

As a process supporter your main tasks/responsibilities will include:

  • Problem solving through data driven decision making
  • Initiating and driving continuous improvements in a production context
  • Support on development of new technologies
  • Investigating possible solutions for our daily challenges
  • Contributing with a good mechanical understanding of the assembly process

Qualifications
We imagine that you have an academic degree which has provided you with a solid technical foundation, i.e.  mechanical or production engineering or similar. In addition, you have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a regulated production environment, and a solid hands-on understanding of GMP requirements and LEAN methodologies. Our daily language in the team is english, so professional proficiency in english is a prerequisite.

Besides this, personality and drive are key words. You are positive, independent, energetic and flexible. You see solutions instead of problems and you take initiative to implement these solutions. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to make a true difference.

About the department
You will become part of Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Assembly, located in Hillerød. Together, we ensure the assembly of prefilled devices Flextouch ® and Flexpen ®. Our production site supplies most of Novo Nordisk’s approved products within diabetes and obesity which is approved for all markets, meaning that people all over the world rely on our deliverables.

You will join the Assembly Technical Support Team which is responsible for improvement and maintenance of the good performance of our production lines. We are looking forward to collaborating with you to further improve our process, and key tasks will be related to problem solving through data analysis and proposal of solutions for our daily challenges.

At DFP Hillerød we are a fully automated production site where we are driving a number of initiatives to further leverage new technology and automated physical workflows.
