Device Research & Development is the place where all of Novo Nordisk drugs get the devices they need on the market. An exciting place for any student assistant. If you want to support the core processes for developing medical devices – this might be the right opportunity for you.

About the department
In Device Quality and Operations (DQO) we have several crucial areas for Device R&D – Quality, Design Verification, Process Experts, Packaging and User Communication. We are approx. 60 people with various backgrounds, who support the entire portfolio of device projects in Device R&D.

The Position
As student assistant you will report  to a senior manager in Device Quality and Operations, however, support the entire VP area. Tasks will vary from setting up meetings and trainings, support on concrete deliverables, make powerpoint presentations and documents, help with template updates, and all the smaller and bigger daily organisational challenges in our area. You will be exposed to various areas and receive interesting insights to how we in Novo Nordisk develop new devices.

Qualifications
We are looking for a student assistant with passion and understanding for engineering, who 

• Is currently studying for the bachelor or master’s degree. 
• Has skills and flair for medical devices. 
• Is Office 365 super user
• Is fluent in both English and Danish, verbally as well as written
• Can assist with multifaceted projects 

We are looking for someone who is reliable and motivated. It does not hurt to be a bit extrovert. You have a service attitude and are not afraid of suggesting your support to your colleagues. Working hours can be agreed on an individual basis but would typically range from 1 to two days per week.
