At GN Audio, we work to lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. To make sure we are always ahead of the game, our R&D function works continuously on innovating and optimizing our development and production processes through various projects.

Therefore, we have a PMO that defines and maintains standards for project management across all our different business units. The PMO is the keeper of best practices, project status and direction to deliver value to management and stakeholders to development programs.

This is where you come into the picture.

Help us bring our projects to the finish line

Taking on an invaluable Portfolio role, you will work together with a very experienced team. Through collaboration with management, Line Managers and Program Managers you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing all necessary data on projects to ensure that we - as an R&D organization, are in control of budget, resources, and funding at all times.

Specifically, you will:

  • Subject matter expert for resource, budget, project performance databases. Train our stakeholders to independently manage their projects within the system

  • Act as liaison between development program managers, the project management office (PMO), and management to monitor and report on overall performance of new product development portfolio across key performance metrics

” We are a healthy organization with an exciting future. You will be a part of a fantastic journey towards many new initiatives such as the implementation of an agile development model, new network based collaboration methods, and you will help us achieve our vision to transition from using Excel to using more innovative ways of handling data,” says Senior Manager, Head of R&D PMO Rikke Czuba.

Grow your skills and knowledge together with us

A unique three folded combination of people, program management and financial skills
