Project Manager, Clients and Markets

Ramboll is looking for an ambitious Project Manager, supporting the Senior Group Director of Clients, Communication and Marketing in developing and driving strategic agendas across the global Communication and Marketing organization. You will be working directly for the Senior Group Director of Clients, Communication and Marketing supporting him in a high pace environment of preparing and driving strategic decision making. You will take an active part in preparing and driving communication management agendas and driving strategic development initiatives across the global Ramboll organization. You will often be acting as right-hand person to the Senior Group Director, representing him in various processes. No two days will be the same, but they will all be challenging and fun.

Clients, Communication and Marketing
As our new Marketing Consultant you will report directly to the Senior Group Director but you will also be part of a newly formed Group Function for Clients, Communication and Marketing and based in our Clients amd Markets team working with client centricity, client portfolio management and strategic marketing.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Support the Senior Group Director in his management responsibilities across Ramboll Group
• Work with global stakeholders at all levels in Ramboll, drafting shared positions and driving stakeholder alignment around global agendas
• Drive strategic projects and improvement projects across the Clients, Communication and Marketing organisation
• Prepare data and analysis in support of strategic decisions
• Supply general support to client and market platforms including tools, templates and formats
• Maintain and develop channels for knowledge sharing regarding clients, marketing and sales
• Drive professionalisation of our global tendering tools and templates
• Support implementation of various strategic client, marketing and sales initiatives
• Support development of shared formats for client engagement and sales enablement

For this role, we believe your starting point is excellent academic achievements and 3-5 years of experience working in a high paced environment supporting management either as management consultant, executive assistant or from a similar role. Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Can communicate in English on a professional level
• Have hands-on experience with preparing presentations for top management
• Can support and facilitate leadership meetings
• Sees the interesting challenge in driving executive committees
• Have Excel and PowerPoint skills on a high level
• Some experience working with Power BI or other similar data visualization tools

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include that you:

• are a very structured person who can keep track of, and drive several projects at once
• work independently and have great relationship building skills
• have a natural drive and sees the value in getting things done
