Web Designer Internship

We are connecting and spotlighting new sustainable ideas to potential investors and future customers by organising events, workshops, accelerator programs, expos and awards. We are looking for a web designer intern to be a part of our exciting team for a period of 2-3 months or more.
Main responsibilities:
We are looking for an intern that can assist us with website design for our organisation’s website. As a web designer you will collaborate with our team to improve our website’s design and help with the design of our new website features. You will be part of creating and developing ideas and influence the look and feel of our platform. In addition, you should be able to assist with editing our website on wordpress.
Your Qualities:

The ideal candidate has some experience within Digital Design, web and/or UX/UI Design.

You should be knowledgeable about web design and designing systems and layouts that are usable and useful.

Some level of knowledge of how to build and customize a WordPress based website is a strong plus.

Can use editing programs (ie Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping platforms (ie Figma).

Knowing how to work with the DIVI theme/visual builder is a huge plus.

You can work both autonomously and also collaborate with other departments and handle feedback.
