UX/UI designer intern

Do you want to design a system that makes people want to go to work in the morning? Are you interested in playful design, behaviour psychology and motivation theory? We are in the business of redesigning strategy management software, making a collaborative tool that clarifies the purpose and creates transparency, involvement and autonomy. Let's get rid of boring PowerPoints and make strategy digital!
What we offer

As a UX designer you will put your mark on our product and influence the look and feel of our platform. You will be a part of idea creation process, taking Whyser off the ground together with us. The first version of our platform is launched, and currently we are working on designing the second version and we welcome changes and input. You will work with designing wireframes and screens for future functions in collaboration with our developers. You will also take part in gathering user input and ensuring that we make a smart and valuable product.

We like a casual, fun work environment and grabbing a beer to kick back at the end of the week. We have an open communication working actively with feedback, as we always want to learn and improve ourselves. In a startup the struggles are real, but we have fun, we can teach you a lot about management, development, collaboration and being in a the startup phase.

About you

• You are excited to join a start-up and work in a company with high ambitions
• You need to be a problem solver and see challenges as something positive
• Believe that it should be fun to work
• Have a passion for UX and making systems that are simple, intuitive and inspiring
• Have an interest in playful design and/or gamification
• Experience from Figma, Sketch or similar design system is a big plus
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus

We believe that a personal match between you and us is the most important aspect. You don't need a ton of experience, but you should feel comfortable about working in a start-up environment.

The business
Whyser is a SaaS platform that helps companies improve the way they communicate and execute strategies, making them collaborative and engaging. Most other business areas use online tools and systems but when it comes to strategy and purpose, most companies still use Powerpoint and Excel. It is time to change that and make strategies transparent and agile.

We are a small but growing team that started with two co-founders and now we are eight people working with Whyser. We have received interest from several potential customers and we are in the process of attracting funding. Our current plaform is working and has all the basic functions but there is still a lot to do and improve to make Whyser pop. This is where you come in and can make an impact.
