The position
This job gives you a great opportunity to play a part in shaping the digital product journey at Novo Nordisk. As UX Student Assistant you will take part in driving and facilitating the development of user-centric products, ensuring coherent solutions across the Development value stream.

You will join the area of Digital, Data & IT Development where we are supporting Novo Nordisk Development with IT development and operation of digital solutions and products.

  • Defining cohesive User experience across our Drug Development Value Stream thereby developing innovative and best-in-class solutions as enablement of the digital transformation in Development
  • Shaping our operating model for user-centric digital product development both in connection with in-house development and purchase of digital solutions (SaaS) from idea to implementation
  • Facilitating product discovery and ideation e.g., design of experiments, concepts, and/or prototypes for testing of benefit hypothesis of the idea
  • Connecting strategic objectives with user insights to design impactful digital products
  • Testing solutions together with users as set off for continuous improvement of our digital products

A Student Assistant position in Novo Nordisk is between 15 - 20 hours per week, with most work on-site. For Novo Nordisk, you as a student must get the flexibility that allows you to prioritise your exams and assignments as needed. A Danish work permit is required.

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in the first year of an MSc programme within IT, Design and Innovation, or a similar field.

  • A toolbox equipped with; Design thinking, UX, agile principles, and business understanding to be applied moving from idea to design and to the final implemented digital solution
  • Fluency within design tools, most notably Figma and Miro. Optional and appreciated: Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, Axure RP, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or other UX and prototyping software
  • Good communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas both at strategic and technical levels

On a personal level, you have a positive and inclusive mindset combined with a good sense of ownership and accountability.
