You’ll play an important role in:

  • acting as the ‘voice’ of the user within the agile teams, ensuring that appropriate research and design support business solutions
  • plan, conduct, and lead sessions, workshops, and design sprints to support decisions and solutions
  • designing and developing the user journeys across countries, business areas, and competencies
  • developing prototype solutions at various levels of low or hi-fidelity and interactivity
  • consulting the teams and business owners on best practice and approaches to user experience.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • working really well in cross-functional settings where you advocate for User Experience
  • are flexible and open for speaking up for user needs
  • are great at stakeholder management
