Who are we?
We're a Copenhagen based tech startup with a small, tight-knit multinational team and a diverse mix of backgrounds (14 people, 9 nationalities, 20/80 gender split). We help companies empower their employees to become brand ambassadors on LinkedIn, we help marketing agencies help their clients, and we help professionals build and grow personal brands. We do this through a commercial dashboard solution, bringing stats and analytics to LinkedIn through Software-as-a-Service.

Who are you?
You live in or around Copenhagen, you're empathetic, have a flair for pushing pixels into the right places and creating a seamless user experience. You're generally interested in tech, and you know what constitutes good design - both aesthetically and in terms of designing delightful user experiences, making it easy for users to get their job done.

  • You are a self-starter, meaning you will find or create solutions to the problems and challenges we encounter.
  • A normal work day could include:
  • Understand our users / customers
  • Work with the product team on new ideas
  • Sketch out solutions (pen/paper)
  • Build prototypes (Figma/Sketch)
  • User testing (internally / externally)
  • Iterate on most promising prototypes
  • Implement solutions (from design to code)
  • Make a bunch of releases
  • Ad hoc tasks across ui/ux/product

What we offer

The position is paid, and is estimated to 15-20 hours per week.

You will be joining the team at our Copenhagen office, located centrally at Nørrebro close to the lakes and public transportation (literally right outside the door). We recommend biking, though.

We are flexible around exam periods and do allow for remote work when/if this is more convenient at times. For example when the government decides to lock everything down due to covid19.

We are purely customer financed through revenue.

Your qualifications
You likely study in or around Copenhagen. However, we believe in talent and drive more than diplomas. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

  • You take initiative and is not afraid of failing (and learning from mistakes)
  • You possess tenacity and determination
  • You are detail-oriented and structured
  • You thrive in a sometimes chaotic and fast-paced environment
  • You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Other languages is a plus but not necessary
