Do you want to be part of a small training team on a journey towards ensuring a more effective and standardised training setup for an area of 500 people? Then you might be the intern we are looking for in our Training & Support team.

About the department
You will be placed in Manufacturing Development at Novo Nordisk Diabetes Finished Products (DFP ManDev) that supports production sites across the globe by making innovative improvements to our production processes. We work in healthcare regulated processes with a focus on compliance with GxP requirements. You will join the team of four, namely the Training & Support team. This team operates and develops local training together with colleagues placed across the DFP ManDev organisation. Our team is part of the department “DFP ManDev Business Support”.

About the position
As our intern, you will get the opportunity to gain insight and experience in many aspects of training development, training management and Learning Management Systems.

The training area in ManDev is in a transition period, where new processes and ways of managing training are being implemented at the moment.

As part of this journey, we need to simplify and digitalise our training setup. Together with your training colleagues, you will be involved in projects that aim to improve the structure, processes, setup and overall quality of training. Since you will join a smaller team, we expect you to be self-driven, a quick learner and a team player.

The internship encompasses:

  • Participation in training development projects and change management activities related to our new training approach
  • Getting an overview of and interpreting large amounts of training data
  • Administration of training data using Learning Management Systems (iSOtrain and QualityDocs)
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects across the Business Support department depending on your competencies and interests

  • Internship period: Preferably 6 months with the possibility of extension
  • Working hours: Preferably 37 hours per week (flexible during exam period)
  • Preferred start date: January or February 2021
  • The intern will be based in Bagsværd

You will join a team of dedicated and helpful colleagues working jointly to reach the ambition of more effective and standardised training. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.

You have already gained your BA within HRM, competency or organizational development, project management, business administration, business engineering or similar. Now, you are studying for your master’s degree, keen to build hands-on work experience in a global organisation with English as the company language. Any experience with HR, training management, administration or data-driven processes, in general, is a plus, but we don’t expect you to already be an expert.
You have an eye for detail and work in a structured and thorough manner.

You understand data structure and the analytical skills to participate in transferring, managing and analysing data. You are committed and engaged, and capable of doing both operational and ‘bread-and-butter’ work. As a person, you are solution-focused with a pragmatic mindset. You value being part of a team and collaborating on projects.
