Training & Awareness Specialist for changing our security culture

Do you want to be a part of protecting the future of green energy from cyberthreats? 
 
Join us and become Training & Awareness Specialist in our Information Security department where you’ll be responsible for developing and conducting information security training and awareness campaign activities towards our employees. You’ll join a team of approx. 15 highly skilled colleagues who are passionate about raising the information security level in our company and industry. 
 
In the Security, Risk & Compliance team in Information Security, we’re responsible for identifying and overseeing cyber-risks, maintaining our information security framework and supporting the organisation in complying with the framework. We constantly work with the organisation’s perception of information security and push our culture to be more aware and resilient towards cyberthreats.  
 
In our organisation, we want to create a world that runs entirely on green energy. We have an ambitious strategy for protecting the green future from cyberthreats, and we need you to help us continuously improve our security. 
 
Your key tasks will be to 

  • take part in the development and execution of information security awareness campaigns across our organisation 
  • develop e-learning, training concepts and other information to support the increase of knowledge and change the mindset regarding information security  
  • develop, coordinate and conduct targeted information security training to groups of employees with special needs, e.g. highly technical employees, IT developers, managers, etc. 
  • ensure relevant information security training when onboarding new employees or when employees switch roles.  

In broad terms, your task will be to improve our information security culture and mindset. 
 
Your competences include that you 

  • have a relevant master’s degree, for example in communication or information technology  
  • possess in-depth knowledge of working with training; both developing training concepts and conducting training 
  • have experience creating and executing large professional awareness campaigns that lead cultural and behavioural changes across a large, global organisation  
  • have an eye for creating knowledge and behavioural change for dedicated groups of employees 
  • have developed and implemented training activities (e.g. courses, e-learning) on a number of change management projects.  

Furthermore, you have knowledge of information security and the ISO27k series, NIST or other frameworks. If you have documented training in creating information security awareness campaigns, it would be beneficial. To thrive in the job, it’s important that you’re self-driven, have creative ideas and that you love to bring them to life.  
 
As our Group has activities worldwide, it’s important that you speak and write English fluently.
