Trainee for Retrofit and Upgrade Department

MAN Energy Solutions retrofit concept consists of a broad range of solutions, all with the purpose of bringing existing engines in operation up to the current standards. This means working on providing solutions for lowering running costs and meeting modern emission levels, all areas that have high priority to our customers. We are currently looking for a positive and motivated IT Technology student or similar that can help and support implementation of a new Site Completion Program in our Department. The job focusing on programs / activities for optimizing future Project Execution tools. As a person you are proactive with a structured and quality-oriented approach to your assignments. You have the drive to create results and reach deadlines and at the same time you can keep focus on the process. You see the benefits of being part of a team, and have the approach and ability to interface at all levels in a dynamic organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in implementation of new tools for Plan Approval Process and Site Erection & Commissioning Progress
• Support the WBS configuration, data import and loading to the system.
• Assisting the Technical Project Manager with optimization and further development of system functionalities.
• Update of project documentation in relation to  implementation of new system

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

• Support on other IT tools in the pipeline

Requirements:

• You are an IT Technology student (or similar) and have an strong interest for working with implementation of new programs
• You are interested to be a part of a dynamic Project Management Team
• You are experienced user of Microsoft office package
• Experience about SAP is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
• You are an independent, motivated learner and a collaborative team player.
