Our client Apoteka is extremely busy changing healthcare for the better through an innovative digital pharmacy model. They are in urgent need of an experienced Test Specialist & Business Analyst to work closely together with their Product Owner and the development team. They use agile principles with bi-weekly releases of new features as wells as bug fixes.
Your job will be to ensure that the business requirements are sufficiently well understood and communicated succinctly to the development team, including draft test cases for later verification.
Apoteka is developing a software platform that digitalize otherwise analogue and imprecise data and workflows related to medicine management. The mission is to ensure consistent high-quality pharmacy and medicine management services allowing everyone access to affordable high-quality healthcare. Apoteka builds software solutions to fulfil this mission, among others the first purely online Danish pharmacy Apopro Online Apotek - you might have seen TV commercials, recently published on the Danish TV2.
Apart from the Apopro project, the team is also developing other medicine management solutions to e.g. the public sector.
Your tasks will also be to challenge product owners and management views of customers’ needs and behaviours. We expect that you will have an excellent ability to analyse the business domain as well as attain a superior overview of all the applications. You must be able to develop a good dialogue with the developers to determine what are realistic targets from a development point of view - you are thus able to suggest and consider corners of features which are not obvious at all.
The company works primarily with .NET, MVC, Umbraco and a series of other systems.
Your skills
We expect you to have at least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably with software solutions in highly regulated industries such as medical, banking or insurance. You have experience using Selenium, automating web applications for testing purposes, as well as using other quality test tools and test scripting. Also, you have a good eye for user-friendly solutions
You have a friendly personality with a high sense of quality, very structured and almost perfectionist - but yet pragmatic as to what is feasible.
You are fluent in Danish and English, understand Danish legislation and requirements of a regulated industry, and you document requirements and your findings in English.

Apoteka is in constant growth and are now over 15 employees. Apart from the development department, you will meet pharmacists, marketing and management people as well as supply chain operators. The atmosphere in the office is very friendly and humour plays a big role, but it is also an intense group where everyone is expected to deliver their best every day. The company is situated in Greve, just south of Copenhagen and only two minutes from the motorway exit.
