You will join our Bio Energy, Power Generation and solar PV Market
As our new Tender Manager, you will be part of our solar experts’ team based in Copenhagen and internationally, which are part of the department Bioenergy, Power Generation & PV working on sustainable and innovative energy solutions supporting our customers maturing and implementing utility scale Solar PV, hybrid power plants, energy storage solutions, PtX, and IT-security.

Our highly skilled Solar team is working on various consulting projects worldwide, starting with pre-feasibility, feasibility, design, tendering support, construction and commissioning planning and supervision, O&M planning and monitoring. As we are a growing, we hope that you can contribute to the team with proactive approach and desire to work in an international environment.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the process of preparation and assessment of project proposals (qualification, technical and financial part)
  • Implement procedures for the assessment of the quality and adequacy of CVs to meet specific requirements as specified in TORs of individual calls for proposals
  • Contribute and provide guidance to Improve CVs in terms of readability, format and by ensuring that the required qualifications are adequately highlighted in the CVs
  • Coordinate and prepare other EOIs and proposals for projects worldwide financed by international financial institutions (IFIs)
  • Assist with other marketing tasks including: Updating the project reference system; formatting of reports and documents, etc.

  • A University degree in business administration, social sciences, engineering or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral
  • At least 5 years of experience with tendering for projects financed by IFIs and donors, qualification documents, experts search, etc.
  • Technical proposal writing is considered an asset
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or one Scandinavian language will be considered an added advantage
  • Strong computer and internet literacy skills (MS Office)
  • Project Management skills are a plus
  • Time and budget skills with ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical skills, problem – solving capacity, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Experience in renewable energy sector, especially in Solar Photovoltaics is an advantage

It is crucial that you show flexibility and have good structural skills. It is essential that you possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and that you are motivated by completing projects successfully and going the extra mile. You are self-motivated and reliable, see things as opportunities rather than obstacles and you need a little supervision.
