How to contribute to our vision
As our new Technical Project Manager (Engineering manager) you will be responsible for Rotor & Nacelle components with focus on design, supporting projects in sales, contract negotiations, production, pre-assembly, installation & commissioning as well as ensuring overall compliance with respect to engineering tasks of the sub-package.

Other responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain time schedule and budget for the sub-package.
  • Ensure interdisciplinary (Tower, Electrical, SCADA) coordination between sub-packages.
  • Deliver complete documentation package internally.
  • Resource allocation in cooperation with the project manager and line management.
  • Proactive approach to knowledge sharing among Engineering Managers.
  • Develops technological concepts as input for system and solution development.
  • Scope, Risk and Stakeholder Management

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
The ideal candidate holds a MSc in mechanical, industrial, civil, manufacture, technology or offshore engineering and is used to handle many different stakeholders and interfaces. You preferably have relevant experience from offshore or the wind industry and PM training (CAPM or PMP equivalent).
To be successful in the role we expect you to:

  • Be proactive with a detail and process-oriented mindset with high quality standards.
  • Understand the importance of prioritizing time and tasks with a healthy amount of pragmatism
  • Be and excellent communicator
  • Be able work in an international environment and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
