We are currently looking for a competent and outgoing team leader for our NPI & NPP (New product introduction, new plant process) team in Brande. The team consists of 12 employees with varying technical backgrounds, working on improving production by developing new production concepts and ensuring their implementation at production sites.

How to contribute to our vision

As a team leader within NPI & NPP, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders on a regular basis. You will ensure that the team thrives and reaches the targets set throughout different projects and that correct procedures and processes are followed. You will allocate resources, deliver sparring to the Head of OPS Nacelle  and coach team members. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts with different departments and project managers ranging from technology and quality to HSE and more. This includes allocating time for the team to visit production sites around the globe to implement solutions.

What you need to make a difference

In order to thrive in this job, you need documented experience as a team lead. A strong technical background is needed, preferably with experience from heavy industry, working with processes and the implementation or development of equipment. A broad knowledge of technical standards would be an advantage. It is important that you can talk to the team using relevant terminology and provide advice on process and equipment development.
