How to contribute to our vision
For our Security Operations Center within the Service business unit, we are looking for a dedicated Team Lead to the SOC 24/7 team of our Cybersecurity operations in Brande.

The Operational Technologies (OT) SOC team is manned 24/7 all year round, and the employees are part of a fixed work schedule divided into rotations. As Team Lead you will be working within normal office hours.

As Team Lead you will be the team’s day-to-day leader, creating optimal conditions for the whole team and ensuring that procedures are followed to protect our customers’ wind farms across the globe. You will be part of our OT SOC management team and be responsible to set the direction of the team operation and development. Our team is part of the Software Solution department with more than 25 different nationalities working in an informal Danish working culture.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.  We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change to world to renewable energy.

You will love to work with people management within the OT Cybersecurity area.

Management experience will be beneficial as well as domain knowledge in Cybersecurity, IT, OT, or network, but this is not required and have you gained working experience in other domains, we would also very much like to hear from you.

You must be able to set objectives and directions for your employees and keep yourself updated within the technical domain. You are used to working in a structured way and can help your team structure tasks and deliverables.

You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in diverse cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
