Management, coordination and technical insight
Referring to the Operations Director you will be responsible for operating and developing Advansors design and mechanical team. It consists of skilled and experienced people who design and develop the product portfolio of the future as well as supporting documentation and drawings for the internal production and external suppliers.
You will be responsible for the team and team members and you will focus on technical workflows and guarantee the mechanical quality of the products.
Specific tasks could be:
- Product Master maintenance and developing
- Support to product development
- Mechanical production documentation
- Steel frame cost calculation
- Mechanical responsibility in product teams
- Non-conformance reporting and follow-up
- Technical support to purchasing
- Technical support to new mech. parts creation
- Quality support to production
You will have a broad range of contact points internally across all departments including the production, planning/logistics, development, sales, aftersales and electrical engineering. You will achieve success by strong mechanical understanding, high quality in mechanical design, high employee satisfaction, optimization of workflows and successful cooperation with the other departments.
Technical profile with manager potential
Your educational background is technical with focus on mechanical engineering. You have practical experience from a mechanical design department. You might have had a couple of years as team lead from a similar position or see your next step in your career as a manager.
Your own drive helps coaching and motivating people around you. You enjoy building relationships across departments. You are structured with a good overview and the ability to both execute daily tasks and lead people. You are technically strong and an experienced user in 3D-cad design, preferably SolidWorks.
As a person you thrive in a technical organisation with high ambitions and a continuously high growth. You are fluent in English, both oral and written.
