Team Lead Camera Development

The newly established position as Team Lead Camera Development is based at Ambu headquarters in Ballerup. You will join an established team in Technology Research and Image Processing where highly dedicated colleagues are constantly working to develop and improve the Ambu brand.

Your responsibilities:
You will lead a small team of highly competent engineers and scientist and external partners working on developing the next generation of small single use endoscopic cameras. Your main responsibilities include:

• Secure progress and delivery of agreed camera systems
• Participate in the camera development within your specialty
• Daily team management and prioritization
• Motivate and develop the camera team
• Participate in camera strategy development
• Secure maintenance activities within camera modules already in the market

Key Competencies:

You have a deep understanding within camera development, image processing and sensor technology as M.sc/Ph.D. or similar. It is a benefit if your experience is within the medical device sector (design control and Life cycle management). Furthermore, you have experience with technical team management or project management and can implement an Intrepreneur approach. You possess a strategic thinking mindset and have technological insight. Lastly, you are capable of motivating and managing a team of experts.

Given that Ambu is an international company, it is important that you have strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
