Talented Student Assistant for Executive Support Team

We are looking for a talented Student Assistant to support the Executive Support team in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 16,000 employees globally across five continents.

About the team

You will be part of a small Executive support team which supports the Executive Vice President of the area with internal communication deliverables on cross-organisational projects and events.

The position

Being the Student Assistant in Executive support offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and competencies within communication and planning, and a unique opportunity to learn.

Your key responsibilities will be to develop and review Power Point presentations and texts and assist on various communication projects and events including live streams and other virtual formats.

You will be based in the headquarter office in Bagsværd and you will be reporting to the Head of Internal Communication for Product Supply, Quality & IT. The position constitutes two full working days (15 hours) per week starting from December 1st 2020.

Qualifications

You are currently studying the final year of your bachelor or about to start your Master’s degree. You have a flair for layout and know how to set up a Power Point presentation, so the message will be communicated in a simple and appealing way. You have excellent writing skills and you are comfortable with a mix of operational tasks and independent projects. You are service minded, have an eye for detail and are eager to learn.
