Dencrypt expands the team of crypto-developers in Copenhagen. Do you want to use your skills for developing solutions for encrypted communication, then become part of an innovative, growing company.

You will join a team of 8 experienced developers who work with the latest encryption technologies and where the professionalism is excellent. You can bring your knowledge into play and help develop state-of-the-art cryptology for our communications products and solutions used by the Danish Defense and NATO.

The job:
You will have a central role in the work with the design, development and implementation of encryption algorithms, certificates and other IT security components. Together with our teams in Aalborg and Copenhagen, you will be involved in all phases of the development, and contribute to both idea and concept development, implementation, testing and release

You will be working in our agile team, where we use Kanban in our daily work. It is crucial that you are a productive team player, but also that you can work independently. You will work closely with DTU on the design, implementation and validation of encryption solutions.

Your competences and personality:
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of encryption and cybersecurity technologies but is also a skilled SW developer.

You have an academic background (such as engineer, mathematician or computer scientist), maybe holding a PhD degree, but with strong competencies within SW development, cryptology and cybersecurity.

Besides that you are a skilled programmer and have experience with one or more of these technologies:

  • AES, TLS, PKI, X.509
  • SW languages: C/C++, Python
  • VoIP (SIP/RTP)
  • Android/iOS-programmering

As a person, you are ambitious and want to add your personal touch to the work and workplace. You must be able to immerse yourself, work in a structured manner and have a sense of quality in both design, code, test and documentation. You must enjoy working in geographically dispersed teams and can communicate at a high level in English.

It is a requirement that you can receive security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service.

About Dencrypt
Dencrypt is a Danish company that specialises in the development and delivery of encryption solutions, based on the principle of Dynamic Encryption. The technology has been invented and patented by Prof. Lars Ramkilde Knudsen, Technical University of Denmark, who is also co-owner of the company and contributes with sparring and knowledge sharing. Dencrypt has 11 employees and has offices in Hvidovre and Aalborg.

Dencrypt's solutions for Dynamic Encrypted communication are Common Criteria certified and accredited for classified information by the Danish Defense and NATO. We emphasise combining security with user-friendliness and striving to be the customer's trusted partner and supplier of security solutions.
